Kids Street is a
special place for kids to participate in free
activities, games and crafts. From pumpkin
decorating to putting contests, there’s lots of
fun to be had on Kids Street – and it’s free!
In years past participants have included local
churches, civic organizations, and several child
oriented entertainers.

There are exciting
things in store as Oktoberfest celebrates it's
22nd anniversary this year. The festival will
take place on the streets of Downtown Lee's
Summit on Friday, Sept. 23 and Saturday, Sept.
24. Visitors to Oktoberfest will enjoy the
ever-popular Biergarten, German bands, beer and brats,
authentic
German meals,
non-stop entertainment and much more! |
