High School Scholarships
Each year, the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce Education Committee awards $1,000 scholarships to college-bound high school seniors. One scholarship winner is selected from each of the three Lee’s Summit public high schools, a Lee’s Summit private high school and one from a school outside of the district. One of the applicant’s parents must be a full-time employee of a Chamber member.
Interested students must:
– Have at least a 3.0 unweighted grade point average
– Submit a completed application, including resume
– Have guidance office submit an official copy of your transcript (with the raised seal) to the Chamber
The deadline for 2018 applications has passed. Winners will be notified near the end of March.

The high school scholarships are awarded to college-bound seniors who demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to community involvement and an endless pursuit of continued growth in all facets of their lives.
